Tumbaga, an alloy of gold and copper, showcases the metallurgical proficiency of Pre Columbian Mesoamerican civilizations. The figure is adorned with intricate detailing, including stylized facial features and decorative elements atop its head that resemble traditional headdresses, and pierced through swirl accents.
