A pair of antique French Sevres porcelain urns adorned with gilt bronze mounts. Circa: 19th century. The porcelain is further embellished with jeweled decorations. The urns are a deep, lustrous cobalt blue. Each urn is supported by a decorative bronze stand. The stands have an open, sculptural design with curved legs that end in animalistic feet and rams heads. The bases of the stands are roughly triangular shaped and also feature gilded decorative elements, including beading. The urns have domed lids topped with finials, also made of gilt bronze. The lids themselves are decorated with patterns similar to the body of the urns, and the neck of the urns features a band of openwork bronze decoration.
