A Russian Soviet era propaganda poster. A comic strip ridiculing West Germany for stopping the prosecution of Nazi criminals, the reason for that being the expiration of the statute of limitations. Published by Boyevoy Karandash, RSFSR Artist publishing house, poster no. 1229, dated 1965. Design by Josef Yefimovsky, 1930 to 2019, a Russian graphic artist. Verse by Aleksander Shklyarinsky, a Russian poet and editor. Publication info on the bottom. Boyevoy Karandash, Combat Pencil, was a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings starting from 1939.
