A hand-painted porcelain model of a hazel grouse seller, wearing a light blue coat, fur-trimmed hat and black gloves, with a bast-weave pack on his back, holding a hazel grouse in his left hand. Marked under base with the Catherine the Great monogram in blue ink. By the Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, period of Catherine II.
