Ukrainian National Association, is a North American fraternal organization founded in Pennsylvania in 1894. An original membership certificate was issued to Elias Hladysz in 1922. Signature on the backside. The document is written in Ukrainian and English and decorated with portraits of American and Ukrainian national political heroes, such as Abraham Lincoln and Taras Shevchenko.
