A vintage American porcelain hand painted oval plate with a blue rim decorated with 22 kt gilt patterns with a central painting depicting a rustic scene of a man playing bagpipes for a lady. Manufactured by the Onondaga Pottery Company, Syracuse, China in 1924. Marked on verso. In wooden frame. Vintage And Antique American Porcelain Collectibles.
