An antique 19th century Russian Orthodox enamel finift icon. The icon consists of 13 hand-painted enamel plaques set in a carved wooden frame. The largest central plaque depicts the Resurrection of Jesus. Twelve smaller plaques representing the Twelve Great Feasts of the Orthodox Church encompass the central composition.
