Description

An antique 19th-century French Neoclassical mantel clock. The footed white marble base is garnished with floral ormolu decorations. The round white clock face with Arabic numerals, hand-painted flower garlands, and figurative handles is placed in the center. It is held by two gilt bronze cupids or small Bacchuses with grape wreaths. A grapevine tops the clock. Collectible French Empire Louis XVI Decor For Interior Design.
