A NVA DDR East German Communist era parade saber sword. Features a slightly curved steel blade and a wooden handle is covered with black leather and decorated with silver tone metal wire. The ricasso is decorated with a round emblem depicting a National symbol of East Germany covered with red guilloche enamel and German flags covered with black, red and yellow enamel.
