An antique 18th-century oil on board painting. Italian school. The artwork represents a Christian female saint in a blue robe holding white roses. The flowers, as well as the pierced heart decorated with a wreath, are attributes of saint Rosalia of Palermo, 1130 to 1166, who was invoked in times of the plague.
