A mid-century German hand-painted porcelain figurine by Scheibe Alsbach Porzellanmanufaktur. The figure represents a man on a horse. The piece is decorated with gilt accents. Crossed S mark, Made in GDR is on the base. Hallmark 12583 A is on the bottom of the item. Porcelain Decor For Collectors.
