An antique mid-19th-century porcelain plaque by KPM. The hand-painted plaque represents a portrait of a young woman holding a candle. Embossed hallmarks KPM, J, 158 237 are on the backside. Golden mat, ornate golden frame. The Konigliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin, or KPM, was one of the most influential porcelain factories in 18th-century Germany, and it still operates today.
