A pair of Japanese bronze floor vases or incense burners. Style of early Meiji era, ca. 1870. Lidded urn-shaped vases with figurative handles are mounted on high pedestals. Sculptural decor with gilt accents, including figures of deities, dragons, bamboo leaves, shells, richly garnishes the pieces. Oriental Decor For Interior Design.
