Description

An antique early 20th-century French table lamp with modern electrical fittings. Marble base, white alabaster body, wrought iron shaft with a green glass lantern lampshade. The piece is decorated with two gilt bronze putti figures that are climbing up to the lantern. Signed by the artist on the bottom, Aug. Moreau. Auguste Moreau, 1834 to 1917, was a French sculptor.
