Description
An exquisite antique pocket watch with a 14K gold case decorated with hand engraved decor depicting a flower set with cut gem stones, most likely diamonds, and a monogram BG. Features a round enameled dial with dark blue Roman numerals and Oriental style hands. The Geneva style cylinder movement is marked: Avance Retard, for French Faster and Slower. Numbered under the lid: 21880, 23723. Comes with a gold chain with beautifully ornate beads. Presumably Swiss made, circa 1880. Collectible Antique Gold Pocket Watches And Accessories.
