Description

An antique late 19th-century French gilt bronze chandelier with modern electrical fittings. Crackle porcelain centerpiece with hand-painted flowers is hung on three chains. The bronze mounts have a Neoclassical garland motif. Hallmark Gagneau Freres 115 Rue Lafayette is on the bulb socket. The Parisian firm Gagneau Freres was established in 1800.
