An antique French Chinoiserie inkwell set mounted in a gilt bronze frame housing a bronze plaque depicting warriors on horseback riding to a gate. The porcelain inkwells mounted in raised arms and decorated with floral and foliage motifs and crowned with reticulated gilt bronze trimmings and pine cone finials ringed with foliage to the covers.
