Description
A vintage Christian Orthodox Greek silver triptych featuring a depiction of the Virgin Mary holding baby Jesus. The triptych is a three-paneled easel structure, typically used as a religious devotional item. In the center panel of the triptych, the image portrays the Virgin Mary cradling the infant Jesus in her arms. The triptychs side panels, as well as the top, are adorned with intricate decorative religious motifs. Hallmarked to the back. Circa the mid late 20th century.
