A vintage Russian Soviet communist propaganda banner printed on a rectangular piece of fabric. The banner features the coat of arms and the official flag of the USSR. The inscription upper right reads The USSR comprises 15 union republics. The lettering under the coat of arms says The Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics was formed on December 30, 1922.
