An antique Russian gilt silver footed basket with a swing wired handle and bowl featuring an embossed flower design. Hallmarked with the manufacturer's initials in Cyrillic for Ivan Shishkin and the assayer's initials in Cyrillic characters for Dmitry Tverskoy with the date 1850 below, as well as the 84 silver proof. Manufactured in Saint Petersburg, circa the mid 19th century. Weight: 193 g. Antique Russian Crystal Silver Decanters And Drinkware Collectibles.
