Description

An original mid 19th century Japanese woodblock print by Utagawa Kunisada also known as Utagawa Toyokuni III, 1786 to 1865. The artwork depicts two Kabuki theater actors. Great coloring on fine paper. Note: Utagawa Kunisada was a Japanese ukiyo-e artist. He is considered the most popular, prolific and commercially successful designer of ukiyo-e woodblock prints in 19th-century Japan.
