Description

A Russian gilt sterling silver case with hinged lid, presumably a cardholder or wallet. The lid is decorated with relief overlay representing a caduceus and winged wheel, referring to the Russian Railway Troops. The overlay is garnished with a ruby and sapphire cabochons. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers marks are on the inside of the piece. Collectible Russian Silverware And Jewelry. Total weight: 71 g.
