Description
An English Royal Crown hand painted porcelain tea set. The set includes six cups, six saucers, a tea pot, and a sugar bowl. The wares are covered with enamel in a pink shade, adorned with a gilded floral motif, scalloped and gilded rims. Each is marked, Royal Crown Regal, and numbered, 3837, on the bottom. The Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Company is the oldest remaining English porcelain manufacturer based in Derby.
