Successively graduated from the College of Architecture and the Moscow Architectural Institute, he successfully worked in the field of interior design. The artist traveled a lot in Russia, especially the Russian North, India, Great Britain, lived in the USA for quite a long time. In New York, Romulen has worked with renowned American artists and his work has been shown in major galleries such as Manhattans Ward Nasse Gallery, which hosted a solo exhibition in 2014.
