William Harnden is known for Landscape, figure, building. William Harnden was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on May 14, 1920. He studied painting for five years at the Art Students League in New York under Frank V. DuMond, Robert Ward Johnson, John Housanes, and Will Barnet. He has exhibited at the National Academy of Design in New York; the Knickerbocker Artists, New York; Art USA in 1959; the American Artist Professional League in New York; National Arts Club, New York; New Jersey Society of Sculptors and Painters; the Kennedy Gallery, New York; Bertuch Galleries; and Art Exchange, New York. One of his many prizes is the First Prize from the American Artist Professional League in 1959. One of a kind artwork.
