An antique Chinese hand-carved grey jade stone sculpture representing a foo dog. Late Qing dyansty, before 1912. Foo dog is a Chinese imperial guardian lion, a traditional motif in architecture and applied arts. The figures represents a male lion with a temari ball on a square base. Collectible Oriental Asian Decor, Mineral Stone Carvings.
