Description
A set of seven antique European porcelain cabinet plates with game birds. The plates, likely from Germany, are designed to represent a naturalistic image of a bird in its natural habitat. There are duck, woodcock bird, partridge, lapwing, pheasant and others. The borders are painted in a delicate peach color, decorated with hand painted floral motifs and accented with gilding.
