Description

An antique Japanese bronze jardiniere from the 19th century. The bulging fluted body of the item is decorated in relief with cranes and pine trees. The jardiniere or flower pot was created during the late Edo period or early Meiji era. At the bottom of the pot there is a manufacturers mark with Japanese characters.
