Description

An antique Chinese hand carved brownish white Jade necklace with an amulet pendant. The pendant is made in the shape of a taotie mask, adorned with engraved ornaments. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. The item, probably, comes from the Hotan region, the main source of the nephrite jade used in ancient China. Completed with a braided necklace cord.
