Description

After Demetre Haralamb Chiparus, Romanian, 1886 to 1947, bronze statue Starfish Dancer. Mounted to the top of the mantel clock with a wooden case and decorated white dial with Roman numerals. Signed. Demetre Haralamb Chiparus was a sculptor of the Art Deco era who lived and worked in Paris, France. He was one of the most important sculptors of the time.
