A charming and very rare Art Nouveau sterling silver locket medallion with a beautiful romantic star pattern on a blue enamel background by Alpacca, circa 1900. The lid opens to the side to reveal an interior with enough space for two oval photographs. Marked on the fitting ring: Alpacca. Comes with a chain marked: Sterling.
