Description
An antique Chinese, Nguyen Dynasty, Bleu de Hue porcelain plate. Circa: Qing dynasty, mid 19th century. The plate is hand painted with a cobalt blue rural scene in a river landscape. Inscribed with Calligraphy and two seals, upper left. Marked with blue ink characters, on the backside. Bleu de Hue was a type of Chinese blue and white export porcelain for the Vietnamese market produced in Jingdezhen since the 18th century until World War II.
