A beautiful antique late 19th century French figural mantel clock featuring a bronze figure of Hippomenes, circa 1880, cast after Franz Jacob Sauvage. The base inscribed F.BARBEDIENNE. FONDEUR. Raised on a rouge marble clock with a round face featuring gilt bronze rim and Roman numerals. The clock movement is numbered, 7130. Comes with a winding key.
