Description

An ancient Roman aqua glass bottle perfume sprinkler with a pontil base. Found in Syria. A globular shaped body with a fluted mouth. During the 1st century AD the industry underwent rapid technical growth that saw the introduction of glass blowing and the dominance of colourless or aqua glasses. Circa: 1st century to 3rd century AD. Ancient and Antique Roman Glass Perfume Bottles and Flasks, Museum Pieces, and Historical Artifacts.
