A Russian Soviet era silver cigarette case featuring an engraved hammer and sickle, a symbol representing the unity of workers and peasants. It was the main state emblem of the Soviet Union. Also depicted are a wreath, a star, and the USSR letters. Gold wash interior. Illegible markings inside. The cigarette case lock is decorated with a green stone.
