An antique Chinese, Qing Dynasty, Famille Rose porcelain ladies longevity wishing plate with Magu fairy. The plate is adorned with a hand painted image of an Immortal fairy with a deer and a boy in a garden. Unmarked. Circa 19th century. Magu is a Taoist immortal, a fairy associated with the elixir of life. She is the symbolic patroness of women in Chinese mythology.
