A vintage American low round stool of cream color on four black, tapering wooden legs made by Grand Novelty. Circa 1950s to 1960s. 90 percent excelsior, 10 percent colored urethane foam. Labeled on the bottom Made by Grand Novelty Hassock Co., Inc., Brooklyn, New York. American Modernist Furniture Collectibles.
