Watercolor and ink on paper painting by Peter Arno, 1904 to 1968, an American cartoonist, a major contributor of The New Yorker magazine. The artwork depicts two military officers and a fancy woman on the street. Titled Wall Have Ears. Undated, presumably 1940s. Signed by the artist in the lower left. White mat, black frame.
