Description
A lot of two vintage cast iron toys or figures. A Hubley race car dated to the 1930s. It represents a car in a dark green color with gilt accents and a man sitting inside. The Hubley Manufacturing Company was an American producer of a wide range of cast iron toys, doorstops, and bookends. Toys, particularly motor vehicles and cap guns, were also produced in zinc alloy and plastic. A cast iron garden gnome figure holding a garden watering can is decorated with a painted red hood.
