A Russian gilt silver cigar cutter. The body of the piece is made of natural materials imitating wood, garnished with overlay and diamonds. Emerald-green guilloche enamel band. Eagles head tip, the eyes are set with ruby cabochons, the backside is embellished with an enameled monogram N II, referring to the Emperor Nicholas II.
