An antique Japanese, late Meiji era, Kyoto figural enamel over copper belt buckle. The heart shaped belt buckle is covered with a polychrome enamel design representing a dragon surrounded by swirl and geometrical ornaments made in the Cloisonne technique. Unmarked.
