After Evgeny Aleksandrovich Lansere, Russian, 1848 to 1886, a bronze figural sculpture of a resting cossack on a naturalistic oval base, realistically modeled as a resting Cherkess leaning on his left hand and holding a pipe in his right hand. Signed and dated to the base: E. Lansere 1871. Antique Bronze Sculptures And Russian Art Collectibles.
