An antique American silver and hardstone tray by Matthews Company. Circa 1907 to 1936. The tray is rectangular in shape with a high rim and is raised on four legs. The sides have embossed handles with a foliate pattern. Inside is a slab of hardstone, probably green granite. Marked with Sterling Matthews Company hallmark. Decorative Art, American Silver Antiques, And Collectibles. Total weight 2300 g.
