A limited edition glazed ceramic pottery plate, designed by Picasso for Madoura Plein Feu, 1956. The round shaped dish is adorned with a hand painted design representing a portrait of a black bull. Edition of 450. Marked with a stamp Madoura Plein Feu Madoura, and Empreinte Originale De Picasso, on the backside. Pablo Picasso was a Spanish painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, and theater designer who spent most of his adult life in France.
