Description

A Russian 84 silver gilt and enamel trinket or jewelry box. Of an oval form, the cover is adorned with a hand painted enamel portrait of a Persian lady with a pigeon with an image of a lion and sun below, surrounded by floral garlands. The body is decorated with a foliage motif. Hallmarked with an 84 Russian silver standard, and other Russian hallmarks. Russian Silver Wares and Decorative Collectibles. Weight 159.4 g.

Condition
Overall good vintage condition. Signs of wear and age. Slight scuffs and scratches. Slight stains and chips in enamel. Slight dents. Refer to photos. Sold as is.
