An antique Waltham pocket watch featuring an octagonal 14K white gold case with a hinged cover. The dial is embellished with classic Roman numerals and figural hands, along with a subsidiary seconds dial at the 6 oclock position. The 14K yellow gold crown is set with a sapphire cabochon.
