Oil on board painting. Attributed to Robert Clow Todd, 1809 to 1866, a prominent early Canadian artist, art teacher, and ornamental painter. The artwork depicts a winter multi-figure scene, sledges on the frozen lake in front of Montmorency Falls. Unsigned, undated. Provenance: acquired by the previous owner in Montreal, 1952.
