A Russian Karelian birch wooden cigarette case featuring silver embossed decorations on the top of the hinged lid. The design includes horseshoes, bows, beasts, sphinxes, crowns, arrows, initials, some set with diamonds. The central part shows a double-headed eagle set with a gemstone.
