Description

A Russian silver egg box of two halves with a gold wash interior. Decorated with bead and floral design throughout in the cloisonne enamel technique and set with an amethyst cabochon on the top. Mounted on a silver stand with three bird feet. Hallmarked with the manufacturer and 88 Russian silver standard marks on the border and inside of the egg. Russian Silverware Collectibles. Total weight 139 g.
