An antique early 20th century English standing picture frame. The piece is decorated with embossed Art Nouveau floral ornaments with enameled details. Hallmarks L and Co. for Liberty and Company, anchor for Birmingham, British lion, letter C for 1903, Repro are in the lower left corner. The backside of the item is lined with dark blue velvet.
